Teaching at Universidad de Oviedo from November, 1999. She got her PhD at Universidad de Oviedo in 2004. From 2007 she is an Assistant Professor of Marketing.
She has participated in several national and international conferences and published several book chapters and papers on Relational Marketing and Tourism in journals such as: Cuadernos de Economía y Dirección de la Empresa; Journal of Applied Social Psychology; Revista Española de Investigación de Marketing; Revista Europea de Dirección y Economía de la Empresa, The Service Industries Journal or Journal of Travel Research.
She also participated in several courses, seminars and workshops related to her research lines.
